Extreme Duty Axle/CV Set:

We supply a kit that has been referred to as the Ultimate CV Joint and Axle combination. This Heavy-Duty Axle/CV Joint is a must for the Rover owner that has Lockers and Bigger Tires. Since this is a direct replacement kit for 24 spline axles, there are no additional parts or modifications necessary.

Improvements over stock include an axle diameter increase from 1.030"/32 teeth at the CV Joint to 1.161"/27 teeth. The CV Joint components have been upgraded to a larger size to accommodate the abuse delivered in extreme off road use.

We have also used Cryogenically Stabilized Aviation Grade Alloy Steel and have Heat-Treated the internal parts to a Rockwell Hardness more suitable to off-road use. The critical internal parts of the CV Joint are made from a virtually indestructible material called 300M, which has been further enhanced through a special performance heat treatment.

Available for Discovery 94-99, Defender 94-97 and Range Rover 93-95.
